Worst Courier ever

Ive been using Fastway for over 3 years.... During the week next day delivery... But always on a thursday when a package is sent early morning or on their collection date the packages only is delivered the following week by the tuesday....

And that is costing me money .... And all i get from them is. "Youve been lucky with fast delivery." What company gives that as an excuse. When the staff admitted it was put on a wrong truck. Insteadof fixing the issue. They just say oh well. Just wait
