Worst Courier. Don't do it!

Their service is appalling. Not only do their sales people falsely advertise what is possible, but it takes weeks for them to respond to urgent emails and phone calls. All my money in my wallet (on their platform) was taken away and it took weeks for them to then all of a sudden they say they cant offer me a service! No reason as to why my money was not in my platform. They have a lot of work to do to improve their service offering
