Worst Courier Company Worldwide

Worst courier experience ever with FastWay Couriers. Driver from number *** called, I gave clear directions and after noticing that he didn't get the clear direction I'm giving him, i then offered to meet him halfway at a nearby complex, mind you i was 3min away. I quickly drove to the spot and waited but they never arrived. They then blocked my calls and ignored my WhatsApp. Package status still says "with driver". My daughter needed the tracksuit for a school trip today 04/06/2026 and I had to buy another one. Head office phones just ring to voicemail. Completely unprofessional. Still no package after days of waiting. AVOID!!!
