Worst courier company service.

Very horrible service. They called in the am's to tell me my order is about to be dispatched, I waited for them the whole day in vain, with no communication from their side. When I contacted them the following day they didn't have a valid reason as to why they did that and no accountability whatsoever. They added by telling me about grey area.
