Worst Courier Company In The Whole Of South Africa

I ordered fishing equipment from Temu on the 14th of September, it is currently the 27th of September and they have failed to deliver my package. keep in mind my parcel entered the country only three days after my order was placed. This means that Fastway Couriers (or should I say sloway couriers) has had approximately 10 days to deliver my package and I only live 25 minutes away from their Pretoria depot. that is a trip that shouldn’t take 10 + days. I have phoned them on numerous occasions and they kept on making excuses and blaming each other. they said the package would be delivered on the 20th of september and they failed to deliver. they then stated they would deliver on the 24th which again they failed to deliver. I have honestly had enough and i can guarantee that they will not be receiving any business from myself in the long term
