Worst Courier Company in the Country

If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. My parcel was delivered to their hub and then out on the vehicle for delivery. Whole day no delivery. Went to bed still no delivery. Next day i checked and the parcel is all of a sudden back at the hub. No response from the WhatsApp chat even during Operating Hours. No matter what time of the day you message you get a "Sorry we are closed contact us during operating hours response". No communication, no care for the customer.

I wouldn't even recommend this courier company if the only other option was a donkey and cart.
