Worst Courier Company in South Africa

I wish I could give 0 as a rating. They take 3 working days to deliver a package from Klerksdorp to Potchefstroom. The website sucks and is super slow, the tracking shows its out for delivery then back to the depot, then out for delivery then back to the depot again. I cannot believe that any company uses them for their official courier services. The person answering the phone does not know whats going on, no one knows why the package does not get delivered. You literally have one job to do and you cannot even do that.
