Worst courier company in South Africa

Past experience previously. Courier had my parcel in his vehicle for 3 days. Every time I phoned I was told "delivery today". A parcel arrived for me 29/11 scanned into depot. 30th out with Courier, today 1/12 out with courier. I'm given his cell number, I phone 3 times during the Morning, he doesn't pickup. It's shocking service. I used to work for FedEx, if we operated this way we'd be in trouble. Fastway should be called Slow way its disgusting service. It's now 3.15 on a Friday I sit and wait and know if it doesn't come today I wait again on Monday. NA ********** 826
