Worst courier Company - Fastway Couriers

Pathetic Courier Company and service. One Star is to much for this company I have a parcel waiting to be delivered from the 11th of July 2024. i am calling every day to follow up on a ETA of delivery for my parcel, and every day i am told tomorrow. It has been 6 days and still now delivery, I have spoken to numerous call agents, staff and logistics not 1 person is able to assist. instead they are openly lying to my face with the words "your package will be delivered tomorrow". I have hear these words sins the 12th of July 2024. Every time I call its a different excuse followed by a lie. This company has no remorse of misleading paying customers. This is a perfect example of *********** staff and very poor service from a suppose to be professional courier company.
