WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

I have been trying for 4 days to get through to this company in Port Elizabeth, to find out when my parcel will get delivered. NOBODY ever answers the phone. They must be the worst courier company under the sun. It has taken 5 days to get from JHB to PE.
