Worst Courier Company Ever

My package has been in the country for more than a week now, Fastway keeps informing me that the package is out for delivery tmon that day, it never get delivered and then gets returned to Bay 4 to be delibered on the next scheduled day. This is not the case. Their phone lines tell you that they are priorotising whatsapp, but no one replies on whaysapp. I just keep getting 9PM messages saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. I jusg want to arrange for the collection of my package, let me do the job they have been paid for... pathetic service!!!
