Worst service provider ever!

I bought from Ladina hair, and they used Fastway Couriers.

My package was picked up from Ladina Hair on the 28th November, today is 07th Dec and the parcel hasn’t been delivered.

I’ve called customer service a couple of times, they told me that my area gets serviced on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I waited and still no delivery was made… I called again and gave them my tracking number, the lady said they will deliver on Saturday 07th November. I’ve been tracking the parcel and it still doesn’t say “out on delivery “. The last tracking update was on 03rd November…

Highly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Courier Guy is way better than this nonsense!
