WORST courier company

This is by far the worst delivery / courier company I have ever dealt with. You can't get a hold of the delivery guys but they provide numbers.... You get an email your package is out for delivery, it doesn't get delivered. You call the morning after to follow up and get told it is going out today, you call the afternoon again and get told it never went out. How the hell!!!?????
