Worst courier company

Worst service. I have on two occassions ordered goods online from two different companies. ( in 2019 and 2022). The companies I ordered from chose Fastway as the designated courier. If I had known this I would never have ordered. Both times, they sent out a notification that my parcel is out on delivery and that I could expect it that day. Both times, the parcel was given to a 3rd party courier without nitifying me of this. I waited all day and they only delivered 3 days after they had said they were going to. The call centre phone just rings and one cannot reach anyone. The online tracking system does not work.
