Worst Courier Company

<p>I phone on Monday the 13th asking for a quote and if they collect the parcel on Tuesday when will it be delivered and the lady told me Thursday morning. I phoned back again the afternoon and told them to please come and collect a parcel on Tuesday morning, they driver collected it. I phoned again on Wednesday afternoon to ask for a tracking number as the lady never contacted me with the tracking number, the parcel had not even yet been processed and I told them that this parcel must be delivered on Thursday morning as the lady told me and they informed me that they are closed on public holidays (which I think the lady should have know) and they guarenteed me that I would be delivered to the person on Friday morning and GUESS WHAT, the parcel has still not been delivered. I am very upset about the service as well as the help from your Polokwane branch as no one I talked to had a idea what I was talking about. NEVER again will I use Fastway Couriers and neither will I recommend them to anyone.</p>
