Worst courier

The worst delivery service I have come across, you have been promising to deliver my parcel for days now, your what’s app customer service isn’t helping neither do you answer your lines… I have sent several emails with no response if you can’t deliver my parcel just tell me where to collect it because really this is annoying and ridicules. You also have a very bad communications skill
