Worst company in South africa

Worst company ever, I don't know why businesses are using them ,probably they are cheap, it's been 9 days waiting for a parcel that they load to a vehicle everyday but never gets delivered, port elizabeth branch don't even pick up the calls bcz they know it's a customer complain, this company should be closed permanently.
