WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!

Ordered from Temu, not my first order with Temu, but first with Fastway, and what a horrific experience it's been. I paid everything, and it has been a normal process. I received an update that delivery was out for today. This morning, I got a notification that it was delivered, but I had not received anything. I checked with our street group, checked cameras at my gate, and nothing has been delivered nor was a vehicle in our street, Clearly, it was not delivered; however, it says I signed. I tried the website chat & WhatsApp, rude one-word response and no help. I have phoned 8 times, the phone has been put down on me, told it was delivered, told that I am lying because I signed for it, and absolutely no resolve on this. Worst part was searching on Facebook and Google and this company is apparently the worst customer service out there. All I want to know is what happened to my parcel. How can you guys operate like this?
