Worst company for courier services!

I have been waiting 4 days for a parcel that was supposed to have been next day delivery!!!! Worst part is I'm not even 20 km from the depo!! Their app is useless and the call centre can't give you any answers. "Just the driver ran out of time" well the delivery address is open 24 hours so what is the problem???
