Worst "COMPANY" Ever!!!

I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday which didn't arrive. It kept being returned to the "bay", but after a few days they finally scheduled it for yesterday, nothing arrived at my house.

This morning I tracked it online and it said it was with the courier and on its to me. I waited until 4PM and stull nothing had arrived. I call them and was only able to reach them after 4 calls and 20 minutes of waiting while the phone just rang. Someone eventually picks up and game me the driver's number.

I called the driver several times before he picked up. I asked him about my parcel and he proceeds to lie and say that he was in my street but couldn't find my house. So I asked him why he couldn't call me or text me so I could assist him with locating me. He had no excuse because he knew he was lying to me.

He then says he will call me back in 2 hours since he is still making deliveries elsewhere. 2 hours go by and not a word from him. I call him after 3 hours and he doesn't have a care in the world. He kept asking "what must we do now" like it was my fault he hadn't delivered. I then gave him a piece of my mind telling him that he needed to make that delivery today since it was something I really needed and it was already a few days late.

He then says that he doesn't know how long he will be at the depot since he was busy sending stuff to Jo'burg.

After a lot of back and forth with him, I had to arrange for somone else to go collect from him and that was around 10PM.

These guys just don't give a **** about their customers.
