Worst company ever

Horrible service From the 14th of December I've been waiting for my package, what's app helpline never an agent available, their numbers never go through . On Sunday I got an email stating it's out for delivery never received my package , their so called friendly delivery guys don't answer their phones 9nce they do they tell you they don't delivery in your area yet the table time shows that they are meant to be in my area. This company sucks today is my son is birthday and not present for him 😒 Thank you for ruining my plans
