Worst communication ever

The worst ever customer service. They prioritise communicating on WhatsApp, after speaking to the meta AI bot, I was told that I will be transferred to the depot, after multiple messages to them they rep**** only almost 2 hours later. The main reason was so I could pick up the package at the depot as I was close by. They only responded Thursday 2 hours later saying that they anticipate to be only providing an update on Monday. This is very bad service.
