Worst, bad and pathetic service ever
I've been waiting for my parcel for a week now and when I WhatsApp them they keep on saying the driver is coming I must wait because their drivers are not allowed to wait for more than 5 mins at the gate but it's fine for their customers to wait for a week unable to go anywhere else. I have missed my appointments waiting for the drive who doesn't show up and now I'm no longer getting responses from their WhatsApp. This is the worst and bad service I've ever experienced in the courier companies.

15 Apr 2025, 15:10I asked the agent to speak to their supervisor directly as they keep on saying that they are escalating the matter but nothing is happening, they refuse to give me their supervisor's name but only this number *** which I waited and transferred but didn't manage to speak to her. I've tried couple of times with no luck, Fastway couriers is not reliable, not good for business at all. Even their agents are so rude, they need customer care training.
