Worst attitude over the phone

<p>Phoned fastway courier ***)company this morning and I spoke to a lady (Tumie) and I got told that fastway is a courier company as if I don't know that and that she could not help me with tracking of my parcel! Though I told her still that I once phoned wanting the same help and I got it (had a reference number) and the reply I got was (tjo hayi let me transfer you the supervisor ke) with a tone that told me she has had enough with me!!!! Was then transferred to Mapule who gladly helped me with the tracking of my parcel!!!! </p>
