Worst and Unacceptable

The worst courier company ever wouldn't recommend it to be used by anyone. Im still waiting for my parcel since the 02/01 they have picked it up,and it's the 12/01 today and still didn't received my parcel.

It's the second time that this is happening. It's unacceptable.......
