WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spoken with Nomsa Langa, she promised an update with no response, I am not getting any response on my emails. I have then went back to their live chat and some Bontle joined the chat, they are also not responding. The service here is ridiculous. I have explained the urgency of my shipment, but no one seems to care, I have already paid customs and the shipment is at the JNB airport, al they have to do is arrange for a pickup and delivery. But clearly, their customers don't matter to them. I don't know why I have to BEG for a service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed in the so called service. Is it so hard to give an update?
