Worse service

This has got to be my worst experience with fastway couriers. My track says my parcel has been delivered yet I have not received it. What kind of **** is this. Together with Shein and Buffalo couriers. They are ******** me. I want my order today or I'll take this to court. I was supposed to receive it last week Friday and I understand it was a holiday. Now why are they saying it was delivered and they're not picking up my phone. **** this nonsense we shall meet in court
