Fastway Courier — Extremely Disappointing Service

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Fastway Courier. I have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks, and every day I call, I am told that my parcel will be delivered “today.”

Today, I was once again told by the driver that he would deliver my parcel. I also spoke to the supervisor twice today, and she guaranteed me that my parcel would arrive today. It is now the end of the day, and I am still sitting without my parcel and without any proper feedback.

The constant promises and lack of communication are extremely frustrating. I have already paid for my parcel and deserve a professional service and accurate information.

In my experience, this has been the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. The drivers and management have repeatedly given me information that has not been followed through.
