Worse ever courier company

Absolute bad service from the Pretoria Depot. It took me about an hour and a half to just get someone to answer their phones. They cannot even tell me where the parcel is, parcel is now almost more than a week late. Their answer... eish.... not a very professional answer according to me. The absolute worse courier company to work with! They are not even worth an one star rating.
