Worse courier service - Temu please stop using them

I've placed a temu order and it has to be delivered by fastway couriers. Firstly, they do not have any common sense to call before delivery (wasting their own fuel and other expenses which is very stupid).I called their only number as the whatsapp is beyond pointless and informed them I'm not at home and asked if they can deliver the next day. The next day, I wait only to receive a notification to say my parcel is under query so I call again, they say no I told them afternoon (which I did not) so they will send it with driver after 12...it's just before 3pm and I call again so they can advise exactly where driver is as i need to step out and fetch my child...they say he's 1 hr away so I'm like great...I'll be back in 10min...get back to receive another notification that they tried at 15h07 to deliver. Literally a few minutes after I called. My son was home and no one came. Now they keep putting me on hold or don't speak when I call as they can already see tracking number. I have no idea where's my parcel now or when I will get it. Also, will they think to call me before they try again as I'm not permanently at home...but I doubt they have any common sense. Worse courier service ever!
