Worse courier service ever!

I have been awaiting for weeks for my delivery from Bumpbabe via Fastway Couriers. I waited at the delivery premises till 17h10 yesterday, left and then I got an email that Fastway could not deliver as the premises was closed. I never received a call nor a WhatsApp message, nothing from the courier person that delivered. How long is one supposed to wait? There is no way to contact them as the WhatsApp service is AI operated giving no details but to contact via the website. On the website, the same AI message replay. You cannot email them, nor can you phone them as you get cut off and you waited so long wasting your airtime. Most frustrating process ever. I feel this courier service is so unprofessional. How long are you supposed to wait to get your parcel??
