Worse Courier company ever - FASTWAY Couriers

They don't even deserve a One star. They are useless in delivering and in collecting your parcels to deliver. The problem is that they already have your money upfront for deliveries so they do not care if you get a service or not. You try to contact the offices they don't answer, they refer you to the WhatsApp option. On the WhatsApp option they tell you an agent will contact you, and now three days later I am still waiting for an agent to contact me. I have been with Fastway for over three years and they are getting worse and worse with the service. They need to be shut down once and for all.
