Withheld package at East London fastway couriers

I have a problem with the fastway couriers in East London. I recently ordered from a shop in Pretoria. My order was shipped and received in East London on the 22nd of March. A week and 4 days later, I still haven't received my package. I have been calling them and they told me it's not them who're supposed to deliver but the ones in Queenstown but the tracking app says the package has boarded the delivery vehicle in East London.. again, on Thursday last week I called East London to tell them I'm quite displeased with their service and they dismissed me.

I need your assistance on this as my package is still withheld
