will no longer support companies that use them

If I could give zero I would. I see that my issue is not isolated, their lack of service and communication is non existent. I also see that all the complaints about them have not encouraged them to up their game. I tried to reach them via their so called chat on the website and also via their whatsapp service - NO RESPONSES. I will now go as far as not using or ordering from a company that uses them as their courier.
