Why is there contact details for a receiver?

Today, 19 June 2015, I experienced the worst with Fastway Courier! A parcel meant for my home address ended up with someone across the street from me who I do not even know in person!!! Yeah that's right, I do not even know the people personally, I only know of their existence. What **** me off is the fact that I had various communications by e-mail with this branch, supplying sufficient information so the parcel could at least be delivered to someone we know should it be so required!!! If I did not take the initiative to phone the branch to establish the whereabouts of the parcel, I would never have known it was delivered to some stranger and that makes me even more furious!!!! I definitely WILL NEVER use you, as far as I can prevent it from happening!!! For the record I did not use you in the first place, the company whom I bought the product from did and I feel sorry for them!!!
