Why is Temu using them as couriers!! There is no customer service!

My Temu parcel has not been delivered, it should have been deliver 16 Nov -28 Nov and I cannot get a hold of them via Telephone. I sent and enquiry to the WhatsApp number and still nothing. There is a form you can fill in online but its not really relevant to the isaue I have. The online status when tracking your parcel is also s#!t
