Why bother with them?!?

I've read alot of the comments and for some reason I am experiencing the same issue as alot of other customers

-Their tracking system is not accurate. -They LITERALLY do not pickup customer calls! And when they do, their calls cut within minutes and they don't call back. -Drivers don't pickup their phones when agents call them (Thats if they even call them). -Drivers lie about customer not available or refusal of package (I mean who would refuse their own parcel??). -Disgusting attitude from customer service.

Imagine now I have to pickup my own parcel, unbelievable
