Why ?

This is the worst thing to ever exist as a business. And I really fail that understand why merchants / and suppliers use it. Blows my mind everytime . 1 . They lie to say they tried to get ahold of you when they know very well they did not ( I have a phone , I would have seen your missed calls )

2. For my convenience, there is a reason why I ordered online rather than going to the physical store , it’s cause I don’t have time >>> then why are we fetching our parcels at police stations .??? your times do not match with mine…. Are you not a courier service ??? Why don’t you courier as agreed ????

Merchants/ suppliers please do better ! This service is not it .
