Whoever thought of using fastway - DONT

- Booked pickup, driver arrived a day late without any notice<br> - Delivery was scheduled for yesterday lunchtime, it is now a day later yet no package has been delivered<br> - Call centre pathetic - try to track and trace parcel with them, you on hold for 10 - 20 minutes if not more<br> - When you eventually get through, their staff is rude and not willing to assist<br> - Their drivers make empty promises<br> <br> This is not the first time this has happened - we have never made a booking through fastway that was delivered on time.<br> <br> And dont dare to enquire then you get treated like **** when it is actually their fault.<br> <br> Very unprofessional and completely lack willingness to assist and sort out issues.<br> Dont respond to emails or return phone calls.
