Who supports "SLOWWay" aka Fastway Couriers?

I there were Minus Stars I would have selected. This company does not deserve to exist and should if anything change their name. I have been desperately trying to track a parcel that was meant as a Christmas stocking filler to no avail. The operator transfers to customer service, you either hold for 10 minutes listening to ding-a-long music, or the line is disconnected straight away. No web contact response, no response to emails either. Sucks! Big time.
