Where is my parcel ?

I received a parcel with the reference number BR*** on 22/01/2025. The same delivery person who delivered the parcel collected it from me on 27/01/2025 and mentioned that I would receive an SMS confirming the collection. However, I have not received any SMS yet, and the parcel has still not been delivered to the destination.

I tried reaching out via WhatsApp chat and phone calls but was unable to get through.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and would appreciate an update on the status of the parcel and confirmation of the collection and delivery process.
