Where is my parcel????

Wish I could not give anything. As per web Fast way states that my package is between Jhb and Pta since 8/2/2025 and still no update or delivery. You phone and phone and no one can give answers. Our manager did follow up. That is what you are told. This is really unprofessional service for such a big company. I need my package today 😡😡😡😡😡😡
