Where is my parcel??????

I am expecting a delivery of an Avon box from Fastway. I can see from the website when I enter the tracking number that was supp**** by Dooki when I phoned the Fastway depot that the box was at Fastway on the 11th of May. I should have received this box on the 14/15th. When I called on the 15th (after waiting 7 minutes to have my call connected to a person) I was given my supposed tracking number. I was told that my box would be delivered on Saturday 16th. Lo and behold...no box. Monday when I called AGAIN I was golf it was delivered at 9. Not to me and not to my neighbor. So where? I am still waiting to hear from this Dooki. I called yesterday afternoon and the manager of the Avon dept at Fastway promised she would find my box. I am also still waiting for Malupe to let me know. I have gotten excuses like theres something wrong with the parcel?????? It's because of load shedding, etc. I am at my witts end and my customers are getting angry with me.<br> One last point: if the delivery address is in Randburg how does the parcel end up at the Bloemfontein depot ? Somebody wrote Kimberley underneath Randburg. I ask you with tears in my eyes!!!
