What's in a name ... apparently not Fast in Fastway Couriers

Wish I could request which courier delivery service my TEMU orders could be delivered by as it will not be Fastway Couriers. Been waiting for three of my Temu orders to be delivered from Fastway Couriers and keep on getting the same message "Sorry we missed you!" We are currently three adults working from the delivery address specified so there will always be someone available to accept the parcel, and I twice now I have received an email from Fastway Couriers that they tried to make a delivery and nobody home. Tried to phone them, nobody answers on their *** number, with no assistance just the voice answering system to "please select and hang on". Gave up after 15 minutes of listening and making the same selection. They have a WhatsApp number on *** which is also just as useless with the following message popping up "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please accept our apologies". Perhaps a suggestion Fastway, do what Buffalo Express does, if they really did do the delivery and nobody was at home, and get the driver to phone the customer! I don't believe for one second that my delivery Z*** was ever scheduled.
