What Poor Service from Fastway Pretoria - Still Don't Have My Parcel

Ordered from One Day Only and Fastway is the courier service which has terrible service. I tracked my parcel and said it has a PO Box address on it. When I called they couldn't confirm see any PO Box address. Call got transferred and no phone just hang up. Fastway doesn't take people seriously. No one calls to confirm correct details.
