Welkom branch rud3

I had a parcel sent to me from durban to koppies northern freestate. Last week i phoned the courier at welkom branch to ask when i can expect delivery. They said they y only deliver here on Tuesdays i said ok no problem. So on Tuesday i phoned them to ask if we have deliveries today cause i need to make sure someone is home. She was extremely rude. So when she delivered the parcel she was so so rude and said we are a nuisance cause she only deliver ln Wednesdays in koppies but the previous week when i talked to her she said i Tuesdays she was so rude and i feem it is not appropriate. We paid for fast delivery and end up waiting almost 2 weeks and we never complained we just wanted to know when to expect delivery. I tried tk report her but no one came back to me
