WELKOM & BLOEMFONTEIN FASTWAY BRANCHES -***********, NON EXISTENT SERVICE

SHOCKING SERVICE AT BLOEMFONTEIN & WELKOM FASTWAY BRANCHES: Ongoing, appalling service from both.

A parcel for delivery to Ventersburg was received in Welkom on 22/9/22 & despite repeated requests (2 emails to Fastway Bloemfontein on 23/9 & 26/9 & 3 WhatsApp messages to Fastway Welkom on 23/9, 24/9 & 26/9 - all read), no one has even bothered to update us or reply to our messages.

It's now 26/9 - 4 days since the parcel arrived in Welkom.

Our country is on its knees, people are desperate for jobs & I'm quite honestly appalled that those who do have jobs offer such shoddy service and totally disregard their customers !

I shall certainly not use Fastway again & I shall advise my friends to do the same.
