Weak service

I order an package through a company which uses fastway couriers it was picked up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday In George depot the package is being held at the depot for three days now... The package was meant to be for Mother's day. Why couldn't the couriers deliver the package to the adres from Tuesday to Friday. Really pathetic.
