Waiting for my order for more than 10 days

I have purchased stationary labels from Label for school and for delivery they use fastway couriers. My parcel has been with this courier company for more than 10 days and everyday when I track my order they cancel delivery and schedule it for another day. Schools are opening on the 11 and I am still waiting for my order. Their website S not friendly they seem to give more information of guys than can collect things and less for clients with complains or waiting for their order. The level of *********** is extreme I am so upset, I even want to cry
