Waiting for Fastway to answer call/collect 2 days!

Yesterday I called the driver to collect a parcel from my house 5 times. I left an urgent sms on his phone twice. I placed a collect on the website in case he wasn't getting my messages and sms'd him twice after that. After no response or collection by 4:30pm I called the depot to make sure I had the number correct. No answer, I left a message.<br> <br> This morning no one had contacted me so I called the depot again, called the driver and sms'd him again. It is now lunchtime and I am still waiting!<br> <br> Does anybody actually work at Fastway??????<br> <br> This is appalling service, I needed one box delivered urgently this week.
